GDPR Compliance Statement

Astrikcoders is committed to protecting the personal data of all individuals, including residents of the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and UK GDPR.

  • Consent — For marketing communications and non-essential cookies (which you may withdraw at any time)
  • Legal obligation — To comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Transfers Outside the EU/UK

Where we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA/UK (for example, to our servers in India), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Chapter V, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

  • Course enrolment data: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
  • Contact/enquiry data: Retained for 2 years from last contact
  • Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn
  • Cookie consent records: 12 months

7. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your information. 8. Australian Residents
