1. Our Commitments
We commit to the following in all our email communications:

- Easy unsubscribe: Every marketing email includes a clear, working unsubscribe link
- Prompt opt-out processing: Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days
- No third-party list sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share email lists with third parties

Our email communications comply with:
- CAN-SPAM Act (USA) — All commercial emails include our physical address and a valid opt-out mechanism
- CASL (Canada) — We only send emails where express or implied consent exists
- GDPR (EU/UK) — Marketing emails require explicit opt-in consent, which may be withdrawn at any time
- Indian IT Act & TRAI Regulations — Compliance with Indian electronic communication regulations
3. Types of Emails We Send
