All content created, developed, or published by Astrikcoders, including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, study guides, templates, code examples, logos, brand assets, website design, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Astrikcoders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India and internationally.
2. Licence to Students
Upon enrolment in a training program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course materials strictly for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute course materials in any format
- Share login credentials or course access with any third party
- Create derivative works from our course content
- Use our materials for training, teaching, or commercial purposes
- Upload, post, or publish our content on any external platform
3. Trademarks
The “Astrikcoders” name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Astrikcoders. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
4. User-Generated Content
If you submit content to our platform (such as forum posts, project submissions, or feedback), you grant Astrikcoders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of providing our services.
5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@astrikcoders.com with the subject “DMCA Notice”, including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL where the infringing content appears on our Site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
6. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all course materials, without refund, and may result in legal action.
