This 10-week, 20-session program builds job-ready personal and professional competence in two sequential stages. Module 1 develops core personality and soft-skill foundations. Module 2 applies those foundations directly to interview readiness. The design serves two audiences on a shared spine: engineering college students preparing for their career journey, and working professionals preparing for promotions or a career change.
